The Stat Sheet: (for men)
Born on 4/2/06 (the due date) at 6:22 am.
8 lbs. 6 oz.

The Story: (for women)
Debbie started having contractions early Saturday morning (the 2nd). Will's parents came to Austin about 10:00 that night. The contractions intensified and, around midnight, we decided to go to the hopsital. The H-Train (as we like to call him) pulled out of the station about 5 hours later. The actual delivery was very quick, about 15 minutes.
Debbie was amazing! Calm. Confident. Beautiful. Healthy. Holden was relatively calm considering the shock of needing air, among other things. But he too was beautiful and healthy. I watched the whole thing happen, and it is beyond words.
We had lots of visitors and then came home on Monday afternoon. Holden slept well his first night home, which means we all slept well.
